I met Nigel on a bike. We didn't go far that day because we were inside. I haven't had Nigel source a bike for me yet. But I sure wish I had. He would of found cheaper for greater the value. I fell prey to the bike store salesman, the guy waiting on a noob like me. I knew what I wanted, but I didn't know what else I could of found and been riding today. Next round, Concierge Bicycle Sales is how my next bike will be bought.

I have recently started cycling, largely to get fit and with the intent of triathlons. I had a second hand mountain bike and decided to upgrade. Had no clue about bikes and what was available or even what the names of the components meant. Nigel helped demystify the process and now I check out other peoples bikes and sort of understand what their spec is. Out of this process managed to get a ‘new’ 2018 road bike that I am very happy with, along with a few helpful cycling hints and tips. The conversations and Q&A with Nigel have definitely made me more confident with my cycling aspirations

I have been a casual cyclist for the past 8 years and in 2017 I decided to upgrade my 29’ mountain bike to a dual suspension bike. I was in the market for a good bike / frame but at an affordable budget for a casual rider and found most bike shops selling either to experienced high-end riders or the entry level new comers. Then having a chat with Nigel, who has an extreme passion for everything cycling, gave me more clarity and direction for upgrading my bike. Nigel was awesome and accompanied me to a retailer for quality used bikes and after guiding me from a technical bike aspect and functionality, I ended up with a great quality bike fit for my purpose.
