Also, remember: bike size can be manipulated by moving the saddle backwards and or forwards and reducing or increasing the length of the stem where the handlebars are situated. The size of the bike is determined by the ”reach” of the rider from the saddle to handlebars and NOT the height of the frame from floor to top tube. The top tube length is then proportionate to the front and rear triangles of the frame.
