Dawn2Dusk (Cycle Ride) - THE COWS™ INDEMNITY FORM

RIDER: I confirm that I, as indicated by my Check Box from Registration form ("D2D Rider"), will ride The Dawn2Dusk cycle event on 16th June 2023 ("the Event") and acknowledge that although all precautions have been taken by Ride Organisers and support crew ("the Parties") to ensure the safety of all participants, and that I am familiar with the risks associated with bicycle and group riding, there may be dangers inherent in participation in the Event and activities related thereto.




I confirm that I am a fit and healthy individual, without any injury, and see no reason why I should not be able to complete the Event. I confirm that riding as one of The Dawn2Dusk is not about speed or position, but about the journey and about LOVE LIVING LIFE™.




I am aware that training, hydration and caution during the event are paramount to see me through the day. I confirm that I will at all times bear in mind riders around me and ride exercising extreme caution on corners and descents. I know and understand the inherent risks of riding a bicycle and confirm that I will not ride or corner like a maniac but that I will enjoy the day and take it easy to ensure no-one gets hurt.




The Dawn2Dusk Rider voluntarily assumes the risks of attendance at and participation in the Event and hereby waives all claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising in relation to the Event or otherwise against the Parties. The Dawn2Dusk Rider hereby irrevocably indemnifies and hold harmless the Parties against any liability and claims of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising (whether directly or indirectly caused and whether arising from negligence, albeit gross, or from the participation or involvement in or passage to or from the Event or otherwise) including but not limited to liability for delay, inconvenience, accident, death, injury, illness to their person, or loss or damage to property or costs and expenses sustained, incurred or put to by the D2D Rider.
